Marketing & Communications Executive | 1 

Overview：

This is a wide-ranging and hands on role where you will support the China & S.E. Asia Marketing and Communications Manager on all press and marketing activities. This includes delivering on and offline campaigns, writing content, reporting, managing events, responding to journalist requests and managing our WeChat account.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years of Marketing & Comms experience and be outgoing and happy to talk with both internal and external stakeholders. Previous experience in the maritime and/or aviation industry is preferable. You should also have good written and spoken Chinese and English.

Responsibilities：

1. Working with key internal stakeholders to develop effective content for use on relevant marketing channels

2. Managing the company WeChat account

3. Implementing online and offline events

4. Working closely with Marcomms Manager on all journalist relationships and developing new ones

5. Managing all inbound press requests

6. Managing the press list and keeping all

7. Preparing and sending all press releases and push outs

8. Monitoring press coverage and reports on result internally    

9. Briefing and working closely with the design team

Key skills required：

1. Good written skills and proof reading

2. Good Chinese-English translation skills

3. At least 2-3 years of marketing and/or public relation experience

4. Previous experience of and an interest in Maritime and/or Aviation

5. Hand-on experience on social media platforms, including WeChat

6. Proactive

7. Results driven

8. Organised

9. Good communication skills

10. Previous experience working for an English-speaking head office preferred

11. Enthusiastic
